This season’s Himalayan Balsam Honey has been harvested exclusively from our Shotatton apiary, near Ruyton-XI-Towns in North Shropshire.

Known for its pale colour and delicate taste, this honey is exceptionally light and especially runny – a real treat for drizzling over yogurt, fresh fruit, or warm toast.

Each jar is single-origin, harvested from one location only, so you can enjoy honey that truly reflects the character of its forage and place.
