We currently ship within the United Kingdom, although some delivery options may not be available in Northern Ireland or offshore islands. Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled through local delivery, nationwide shipping, or collection depending on the option selected at checkout.


Processing Times

Physical Products

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods or seasonal releases, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Digital Products

Where digital products are offered, access is typically provided shortly after purchase via email or through the website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct.

Services

Where services are offered, details of how the service will be delivered and scheduled will be provided at the time of booking. After purchase, we may contact you if necessary to arrange suitable timing or further details.

Live Bees

Live bees are a seasonal livestock product, and availability depends on colony development and weather conditions.

For this reason, live bees are not dispatched immediately after ordering. Customers will be contacted when their bees are ready to arrange delivery or collection.

Estimated availability windows may be provided on the product page, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed as readiness depends on seasonal conditions.


Delivery of Physical Products

We offer several delivery options for physical products depending on your location.

Free Local Delivery

Some nearby postcodes around Myddle, North Shropshire may qualify for free local delivery.

These deliveries are carried out personally by Henry from Eden Honey Bees.

Local Delivery (Wider Area)

Delivery to surrounding areas may be available for a delivery charge depending on postcode.

These deliveries are also carried out by Henry and are usually arranged within a few days of the order being placed.

Nationwide Delivery

Physical products can also be delivered nationwide via Royal Mail or another suitable courier service.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Once an order has been dispatched, Eden Honey Bees cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.


Delivery of Live Bees

Delivery options for live bees will be shown at checkout.

Live bees may be delivered locally by Eden Honey Bees or shipped nationwide using a suitable courier service, depending on location and availability.

Live bees will only be dispatched during suitable weather conditions to protect their health and welfare.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted depending on seasonal conditions and colony readiness.


Collection in Myddle

Customers may also choose to collect their order in Myddle, North Shropshire where this option is available.

Honey Collection

Honey orders can be collected from our Honesty Box in Myddle where this option is selected at checkout.

Customers will receive instructions once their order is ready for collection.

Live Bee Collection

Live bees may also be collected in person by arrangement once they are ready.

Customers selecting collection will be contacted with instructions and a suitable collection window.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at the time of ordering.

Eden Honey Bees cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

For physical products, please report damage within 48 hours of delivery.

For live bees, please report any concerns within 24 hours of collection or delivery so we can assess the situation.
