Blossom Honey – 454g Jar

This season’s Blossom Honey has been harvested from our three main apiary locations: Myddle, Shotatton (near Ruyton-XI-Towns), and Lyneal (near Ellesmere) in North Shropshire.

Each location’s honey is jarred separately to showcase its unique character - nothing blended, just pure, single-origin honey from one hive, one place, one moment in time.

Your jar’s batch number tells you which apiary it came from, and soon, you’ll be able to trace it online and discover the story behind your honey: when it was harvested, where the bees were foraging, and more.

Foraged from summer flowers like bramble, clover, and lime, it’s light, golden, and runny with a gentle floral flavour and soft, balanced sweetness.

What Makes It Special

• Raw and never heat-treated

• Unblended – each jar comes from one hive only

• Minimally filtered to retain natural pollen and wax

• Small batch – harvested just once a year
